Returns Policy
for Online-Only Purchases
Non-Custom Made Product
Returns Policy
Any non-custom made
product (except loose stone) purchased through RingItOn can be returned within 180 days
of ordering for a full refund of the purchase price, regardless of the reason why you are
returning it.
Should you wish to
return any product to us, please email us at ringiton.com.au@gmail.com
to request a product return. We will then email you full details of
what will be required for you to do in order to successfully return
the item.
Terms and Conditions for Non-Custom Made Product Return Policy
1. The 180 days
starts from the day you received the item in question
2. Any item
returned must be returned in ‘as new’ condition in its original
packaging.
3. Any refund is
for the purchase price of the item in question excluding any postage costs incurred in this purchase.
4. If the product
is not returned in its originals packaging, only 55% of the original
purchase price will be refunded.
5. Once the item
of jewellery has been worn, it cannot be returned under our returns
policy unless the item is faulty.
6. The returns
policy does not apply to promotional or clearance products.
providing they have not been used and are returned in their original
packaging.
7. Our returns
policy does not apply to limited edition products labelled with the
code LE.
Custom Ring
Guarantee
Items created for
you as bespoke items of jewellery that have been personally designed
will have a period of 30 days no question money back guarantee. However to save the hassle of refunding or remaking, for gold and diamond product we strongly recommend you obtain a silver equivalent of the ring
you have designed to ensure it is exactly what you want before you
place your order for the ‘gold and diamond’ product.
Ensure You Order
the Correct Size of Ring
RingItOn cannot be
held responsible if the ring you order does not fit. All rings are
created exactly to the size requested. As a consequence, we recommend
you invest in one of our ring size gauges which can be delivered to
you promptly for an all-inclusive price of $8.95.
Faulty Products
RingItOn prides
itself on the quality and artistic skill of its workmanship. However, we do
offer a returns policy for incorrectly delivered or faulty products.
This returns policy lasts for a period of 30 days after receipt of
your item.
If there is a fault
with the manufacturing of your ring, if the size does not correspond
to the size ordered, if the wrong setting has been created
or the wrong precious metal has been used, please contact us and we
will email you full details of how to return the item. Please note
that you will be refunded the full amount for the product, plus
shipping costs.
Any damage caused to
a ring or any item of jewellery created by RingItOn is not covered by
our returns policy.
